Power Smoothie

World Famous

Dr. David's Protein Power Smoothie!

1 Cup Strawberries or mixed berries- Frozen plus ˝ cup ice cubes

1 Banana- Frozen (preferred)

Half Cup of Whole, Raw Almonds (handful)

1 Cup Raw Oats (e.g. organic or Quaker-Old Fashioned)

1 Tablespoon Flaxseed oil or Ground Flax)

1 Teaspoon - Nanogreens or other green supplement.

2-3 Heaping scoops of MRM or Jay Robb Whey Protein Powder (Chocolate, Vanilla)

3-4 Cups Vanilla Rice Dream or Almond milk (unsweetened), Add until desired thickness.

Place all ingredients in blender at high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately for breakfast at home or on the run. Serves 3-4.This is a great tasting, highly nutritious power breakfast, fueling you and your child’s brain and body, for high academic and athletic performance. I call this stealth nutrition!

* Don’t throw out your over ripe bananas, instead, simply peel, place in plastic wrap and put in freezer for tomorrow’s power smoothie!

**Add a spoonful of organic peanut butter and or organic yogurt for even more kick. Have fun and enjoy your power nutrition.
